★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話での対応も店舗での対応もとてもよく気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。授乳室やオムツ替えコーナー、キッズスペースもあり、こどもや赤ちゃん連れでも行くことが出来ます。
私はエコカラットを見に行ったのですが、説明も分かりやすく実物がみれてイメージがわきました。
駐車場もSS30の地下にあり、無料です。とても良かったです。
 We were able to spend a pleasant time both on the phone and at the store. There is a nursing room, a diaper changing corner, and a children's space.
I went to see the eco-carat, but the explanation was easy to understand and I could see the real thing.
There is also a parking lot in the basement of SS30, which is free. It was very good.

駐車場も地下ですが駅近くなのに広かったです。
エコカラットが気になって行きましたが他のも色々と見てしまうくらいオシャレでした。
エコカラットは実物を触れますが小さいサンプルなので今一全体的なイメージが湧きにくいです。
The correspondence of the clerk was good.
The parking lot is also underground, but it was large even though it was near the station.
I was worried about eco-carat, but it was fashionable enough to see other things.
The eco-carat touches the real thing, but since it is a small sample, it is hard to get an overall image.

その後の見積りは,,,リフォームの作業業者のみに連絡行き、施主には一切連絡はきません。
提携のパック料金になっているとか,,,作業業者から連絡がきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーディネーターが知識不足だなと感じました。基本的な質問をしても新人→コーディネーター→更に上に確認、みたいな流れが何度かあり、どのエリアでも疲れました。
また依頼していないのに我が家用のお風呂のプランを渡されたのですが、マンションということで勝手に小さいサイズにされていて…せめてバスルームのサイズくらいは確かめてからプランを書いて欲しいと思いました。
