入居後に見つかった不具合を直接見てもらったところ、業者を手配しこちらから電話させると言われましたが音沙汰無し。再度こちらから連絡をする羽目になりました。
また家に来た営業マンは名刺を出して名乗ることもせず、ネットに書いてある悪評の通りでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 壁紙は素人が貼ったようにシワがあったり、フローリングは割れている。
挙げ句の果てには巾木の下の壁と床に隙間があるのか小さな蟻が大量に入ってきて電話をしたところ、折り返しの電話もなくやっと繋がったかと思いましたが、業者を呼んで駆除等するなら費用はそっちでと言われました。
欠陥だらけでダイワが悪いのになぜこちらが負担しなければならないのでしょう？
ちなみに他の部屋の方も蟻が入ってきたとおっしゃってました。
あと、床下収納と言われていた場所は配管だらけ、営業マンに嘘つかれました。
信用出来ないので引っ越しましたが、その後手抜き工事等々でニュースになっていたので、やっぱりな〜って感じです。
検討中の方は絶対やめた方がいいですよ！！

受付の女性が偉そうかつ面倒臭そうに電話対応する

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍵の受け渡しを平日のあちらの指定の日にしかしませんと1週間前くらいに連絡がきて、大変困りました。
結局郵送対応して頂けたのですが、大和ハウスの物件の独自ルール(電気代の支払いなど)が理解できないまま住み始めることになり、かなり苦労しました。
11:30から12:30までお昼休みで対応できないのは、改善してほしいです。昼休みに電話できないし、仕事終わりだと営業時間外で、困ります。みんなで一斉に昼休みはとらなくても、良くないでしょうか、、、。

4/9より入居可能ときいていたのに、4/8の直前になって'担当者変わったため入居不可能。引き継ぎでは4月下旬ときいていたためルームクリーニングすら出来ていない'と言われた
