しまいには、トラブル処理を早く片付けたいために、恫喝的なことを平気で言ってくる有様。本当は星１つも付けたくないけれども、一人でもこの不良不動産会社を知ってほしいために書き込みしました。

特に事業向け物件で利用しようとしている方は要注意。

以前住んでいたアパートは気温にとても左右されやすい所でした。子供も居て体調も崩しやすく困っていました。引越しを決意して山信にお願いをして探してもらうことに。今までの状況と今後どんな感じが良いかを親身になって聞いて頂き、希望より良い物件を見つけ紹介してくださりました。書類の手続きでも、専門用語ではなく私にも分かりやすい言葉で伝えてくださったので理解できました。とても快適でストレスなく過ごしています。本当に感謝しております。

入居した部屋はゴキブリの糞だらけ、天袋に残置物と死骸、ベランダにも残置物、複数個所照明がつかず台所の換気扇は動かない。
他にも不具合多数。
あまりの状態に「ハウスクリーニング入ったんですよね？」と聞いたら「はい、入ってます。」はっきりきっぱりおっしゃって怒りを通り越し呆れました。
もちろん改めての謝罪など一切ありません。
絶対やめたほうがいいです。
私もお金がたまり次第引っ越しします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相模原駅前店の営業担当の方には、とても良くしていただき、気に入った部屋に住むことができて感謝しています。
その後の契約や、不具合等の管理は橋本本店になりますが、とにかく雑すぎ。
入居前に清掃業者が入っているはずですが、本当に清掃したのかどうかと疑うくらい汚れやゴミが残っていました。
入居後しばらくして室内の設備の故障があり、修繕を依頼すると作業途中で「確認してきます」と言って出たきり戻らず、担当者が
知らぬ間に現場を離れて他の現場へ行ってしまっていました。
故障の状態や、修理の予定などの説明は一切ないまま放置されました。あまりにひどいです。
