★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に入居金の廃止や利用料金の値下げがあり、それ以降はほぼ満室状態。廊下や食堂も広く、各階にもリビング的な場所があります。ただし2008年竣工の施設なので、まだ介護施設のハシリ的な要素がある事も否めません(例えば居室の照明スイッチの高さが車イスを考慮していないなど)。
受付事務所が2階なので、出入する際に少々の不便さもあります。
駅(JR相模原)から徒歩15分くらいなので歩けない距離ではありませんが微妙です。逆に車の場合は16号線から近いので便利でしょう。なお入居されている人は1階にあるデイサービス利用は出来ません。
 A few years ago, the occupancy fee was abolished and the usage fee was reduced, and since then it has been almost full. The corridors and dining rooms are large, and there is a living room on each floor. However, since the facility was completed in 2008, it is undeniable that there is still an element of nursing care facilities (for example, the height of the lighting switch in the living room does not consider the wheelchair).
Since the reception office is on the 2nd floor, there are some inconveniences when entering and exiting.
It's about a 15-minute walk from the station (JR Sagamihara), so it's not a walking distance, but it's delicate. On the contrary, in the case of a car, it will be convenient because it is close to Route 16. Residents cannot use the day service on the 1st floor.
