最初、男性職員が良く話を聞いてくれて、具体的な例、資料等も提供してくれて、良い印象だった。
しかし、次に隣の課で ｢休憩時間と労働時間｣ の会社側の違法な解釈について女性職員に相談すると、こちらの事情を知ろうともせずに淡々と事務的な返答を繰り返すばかりで、究極に腹が立った事がある (結局その問題は数年後、別の人間が来所し、解決に向かった)。
あの時の、女性職員の対応は何だったのか。資質の問題なのか、やる気の問題なのか。
公務なのだから、自覚を持った応対を心掛けてもらいたい。
丁寧な人は本当に丁寧。

However, when I consulted with a female employee about the illegal interpretation of "break time and working hours" on the company side in the next section, I just repeated clerical replies without even knowing this situation, and it was the ultimate. I was angry with him (after all, a few years later, another person came to the office and went to solve it).
What was the response of the female staff at that time? Is it a matter of quality or motivation?
Since it is a public affair, I would like you to keep in mind the response with awareness.
A polite person is really polite.
