★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 卒業式の袴を借りましたが、重ね衿について店員の説明にミスがありました。ミスについては店員も認めていますが、保証や代替案、返金についての話を一切してもらえなかったことに腹が立っております。
卒業式の2日前に着物が手元に届いた際にわかったため、どうすることもできず、15万円ほどかけたにもかかわらず不本意なものとなり、非常に残念です。
足袋を購入した際も、在庫がその場にないため取り寄せになるとのことで、お店に到着したら連絡すると約束したのに、一切連絡が来ず。こちらから問い合わせた結果、連絡するのを忘れていたとのことでした。代金は前払いで払っていたので、あまりにも無責任です。
二度とこちらは利用しませんし、これから利用を考えている方々もやめておいた方が賢明かと思います。

｢入社式でつけることができるからひとつ持っていた方が良い。この値段で買えるのは今だけ。｣とのこと。
その場で断れないように、買うと言うまで話を辞めない、ネックレスをしまわないといった態度をとられてしまったので仕方なく買った。あとから調べたら、入社式でパールネックレスは付けないと出てきた。
着物、振袖のレンタル屋なのに、あの手この手で宝石を買わせようとしてくる。押し売りがすごい。
数日後むしゃくしゃして、振袖のメンテナンス(無料)を頼みに行った時は、高級羽毛布団(30万)を買わせようとしてきた。
みなさんも気をつけて、押し売りされた時は気持ちを強く持ち、必要ないのでしたら拒否しましょう。
