ただそのあとが問題。
木曜日の夜契約書ができたので日程を決めたいと連絡がきました。
翌日仕事休みだったこともあり翌日金曜日の16:00に打ち合わせするということした。
金曜日当日、なんかあったら困るので約束の15分前に到着。
提出資料の説明などなど受けてる際、
初期費用の支払いが日曜日までと言われ顔には出さないが一瞬うん？となる。
今日は金曜、今17時前、当然銀行はキャッシュコーナーしか開いてない。
土日銀行はお休み、それで期限が二日後とかどういうことなんだ？と疑問。
これは支払い今日だけ今すぐにでも支払えみたいなものですよね？
そりゃまぁ早めについたおかげで現金でその日のうちに振り込んで支払いましたよ。
でもね、そんな期限が直近ならカード払いにした方が楽だった。
そもそも金曜日に打ち合わせできなかったら初期費用の支払いっていつになる筈だったのでしょう？
なので上見てもらってなんかキナ臭いと感じた方には個人的にはオススメできません。
正直私も良い物件に出会えたことには感謝してますがモヤモヤ感が一杯です。
仲介業者仲介なので物件へ引っ越したら一切関係を持つことになるから別に良いんですけど、はっきり言って私は金輪際ですね。
でも物件紹介した山崎さんには感謝してます。その際はありがとうございました。
社内の報連相がちゃんとしてるのかその辺りはしっかりしてるのか気になるところです。
今後の対応次第で星の数を検討したいと思います。

I got a contract on Thursday night and I was informed that I would like to schedule it.
Since I was off work the next day, I decided to have a meeting at 16:00 on Friday the next day.
On Friday day, I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment because I would be in trouble if something happened.
When receiving explanations of submitted materials, etc.
It is said that the initial fee will be paid until Sunday, but it doesn't show up, but for a moment? Will be.
Today is Friday, now before 17:00, and of course the bank only has a cash corner open.
Saturday and Sunday banks are closed, so what does it mean that the deadline is two days later? I doubt.
This is like paying today, right now, right?
Well, thanks to the fact that I arrived early, I paid by cash on the same day.
However, if such a deadline was the latest, it would have been easier to pay by card.
In the first place, if we couldn't have a meeting on Friday, would we have to pay the initial cost?
Therefore, I can't personally recommend it to those who feel that it smells like Kina when they look up.
To be honest, I am grateful that I was able to meet a good property, but I am full of feelings of sickness.
It's okay because it's an intermediary, so if you move to a property, you'll have a relationship at all, but to be clear, I'm on the verge of gold.
But I am grateful to Mr. Yamazaki who introduced the property. Thank you for that.
I'm wondering if the Ho-Ren-So in the company is working properly or if the area is solid.
I would like to consider the number of stars depending on the future response.

今回はとにかくレスポンスが悪い。
契約手続き周りのことも聞かないと情報が出てこない、確認してくれるはずの案件も結局スルー。
担当の方がお休みの日は個人携帯なのか社用携帯なのかわかりませんが、SMSを送ってこられるのも嫌でした。事前にメールでお願いしますと伝えていたのに…。
契約書も手元に届き次第郵送しますと言われていましたが、2週間以上経っても音沙汰ないので確認したら次の日すぐ送られてきました。
担当の方不在だったので、担当からメール入れますと言われてましたがそれもなし。
今回は物件の取り扱い上、仕方なく利用しましたがやはりもう利用したくないです。
