仙台市内の別の医療脱毛クリニックに通っていた私からすると予約も取りやすい方だと感じます。
あと数回残っておりますが、これからも綺麗になるまで是非お世話になりたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットのクチコミで「予約が取れない」とよく書かれていましたが他社ともいろいろ比較し、カウンセリングの際もそこまで心配はないと言われ、担当の方も信頼できる方でしたのでレジーナに決めました。
契約してから1回目の施術までは約2週間ほどで受けれ、内容も満足でした。
…が、2回目はそこから4ヶ月後。
その後2回目の予約を入れていた日が都合が悪くなり、予約変更のお願いをした所、コロナの影響もあり最短で取れるのが3ヶ月後と言われました。
キャンセルした私側にももちろん非はありますが、流石に前回の施術から7ヶ月も空くのは如何なものでしょうか。
そんな後の話の「ワクチンの予定」だの「生理の周期」なんてわかりません。
キャンセル待ちも併せてお願いしましたが、一向に連絡が来ず、こちらから再度連絡を入れたところ希望の曜日・時間帯が間違えていたようです。情報共有などしないのですか？
正直1年～1年半でなんて終わりそうにないです。
営業時間が午後からのみな点や、コロナの影響もあり、予約状況に関しては仕方の無い事かもしれませんが、契約したら終わり。ではなく、次の施術まで長い期間空いてしまうならそれなりのアフターフォロー等するべきではないですか？
決して安い金額での契約ではないです。
せっかく長い期間をかけてレジーナに決めたのに、別の院にすれば良かったととても後悔しています。
新規顧客獲得も、会社としては必須なのかもしれませんが、今いる顧客を優先して頂きたいなと感じます。

I also asked for a wait for cancellation, but I did not receive any contact, and when I contacted again from here, it seems that the desired day and time zone was wrong. Do you not share information?
To be honest, it's unlikely that it will end in a year to a year and a half.
It may be unavoidable regarding the reservation status due to the business hours from the afternoon and the influence of Corona, but it is over when the contract is made. Instead, if there is a long period of time before the next treatment, shouldn't we do some after-sales follow-up?
It's not a cheap contract.
I decided to go to Regina for a long time, but I regret that I should have moved to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全身5回とVIO8回を契約しました。全て通いましたがVIOは毎回照射漏れ。1回は再照射してもらったが何度も来院するほど私も暇ではない。呆れます。往復千円弱かかる交通費も馬鹿馬鹿しい。最初は追加してもっと通おうと思っていましたが、絶対行きません。高い料金払っているのだから適当に施術しないでいただきたいですね。

施術して頂いた看護師さんも、受付の方も笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださって嬉しかったです。

施術の際は医療という事もあり痛いイメージが強く、不安で一杯でしたが毎回看護師さんが親身に声掛けしてくださり助かっています。
自己処理も大分減ってきて、脱毛して良かったなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エステに通っていましたが、医療脱毛に切り替えようと思い何件かクリニックでお話を聞きましたがレジーナクリニックのカウンセラーさんが一番親身になって対応してくれました。看護師さんが施術をしてくれるのですが皆さん対応もよくそれ以上に1回毎の効果が実感できて本当に医療脱毛は凄いと感じています。まだ2回目を受けたばかりですがこれからも通うのが楽しみです。
