紹介してもらった物件が退去後の内覧だったのですが、最初に内覧した時点で間取りが違いました。間取り違いますねーと言われ、変だなと思い、もう一度内覧をお願いしましたが2回目も違う間取りの図面を持ってこられました。
入居後オーナーさんからの説明で間取りの図面を見せていただき、畳数も違っていましたし、口座の手続きもオーナー側からお願いされ、エイブルで手続きしたものは一体なんだったんだ？という疑問しか残りません。保険料の話など説明もされず、ただ用紙を渡されただけ。
入居後も契約書の控えが届かず、連絡したらエイブルで控えていたと言われ、1ヶ月も遅れたのに添え状もなくただ契約書の控えが入った封筒が投函されていました。
最初は気さくで良い方だなーと思っていましたが、連絡しないと確認すらしないという対応が雑すぎてひどすぎたので書かせていただきました。
今までいくつか不動産屋さんにはお世話になりましたが、こんな対応されて最悪な気持ちにされたとこは初めてです。

The property I was introduced to was a preview after moving out, but the floor plan was different when I first previewed it. I was told that the floor plan was wrong, and I thought it was strange, so I asked for a preview again, but the second time I brought a drawing with a different floor plan.
After moving in, the owner showed me the drawing of the floor plan, the number of tatami mats was different, the owner asked me to do the account procedure, and what was the procedure for ABLE? Only the question remains. There was no explanation about insurance premiums, just the paper was handed over.
Even after moving in, I did not receive a copy of the contract, and when I contacted him, he was told that he had a copy of the contract, and even though it was a month late, there was no letter of attachment and an envelope containing a copy of the contract was posted.
At first, I thought he was a friendly person, but I wrote it because it was too terrible to respond that I wouldn't even confirm if I didn't contact him.
I've been indebted to some real estate agents so far, but this is the first time I've been treated like this and made me feel the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の会社にお願いしようかと思っていましたが、仲介手数料が他のお店では家賃1ヶ月分に比べて、こちらは、0.55ヶ月分ということで、安くて良いなと思いました。初期費用については、内見に行く途中に家賃4．5ヶ月分と伺いましたが、実際内見をして事務所に戻り、見積もりをしたら、プラス10万円くらいになりました。でも、4月の家賃を前払いということで高くなったので、しょうがないかと思いました。丁寧に説明を受けて、質問にもしっかり答えて下さったので、対応は大変優しくて良かったと感じました。
