★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットバンキングの問い合わせに訪問したが、詳しい人が居らず無駄足でした。そもそも更新したシステムが複雑と共に、一般的でなく非常に解りにくい。
 I visited for inquiries about online banking, but it was a waste because there was no one who was familiar with it. In the first place, the updated system is complicated and uncommon and very difficult to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの地下駐車場に駐車可能。岩手銀行とPRONTOの間の一方通行を入り、すぐ右手に地下への入り口がり高さ2.3mまでの車で、店舗から駐車確認印をもらえば無料です。
You can park in the underground parking lot of the building. Enter the one-way street between Iwate Bank and PRONTO. The entrance to the basement will be on the right hand side up to a height of 2.3m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応も窓口対応も親切ではありましたが、なぜか岩銀の通帳やカードは磁気不良を起こしやすく、短期間の間に何度も窓口に足を運ぶことになってしまいました。
新しいカードが届き、ATMに着いてから封筒を開けて使おうと思ったら磁気不良だった時は驚きました。
なぜなのか原因は分かりませんが。
この店舗は便利な場所にあるのでありがたいですね。
The telephone and counter responses were kind, but for some reason Iwate's passbooks and cards were prone to magnetic defects, and I had to visit the counter many times in a short period of time.
When I received a new card and tried to open the envelope and use it after arriving at the ATM, I was surprised when the magnetism was bad.
I don't know why.
I'm grateful that this store is in a convenient location.
