★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タンクフランセーズのオーバーホールを依頼したところ、裏蓋が上下逆に取り付けられて帰ってきました。
普段時計の裏側を気にしていなかったため、この事に気づいたのはしばらく経ってからでした。
自宅が池袋から離れていることもあり3年以上経ってから「確信が持てないのですが裏蓋が逆に付いてる気がするのですが、、、もし逆だったら直していただけないでしょうか？」と相談に行きました。
接客してくださった方は私の時計および履歴を確認した上で、裏蓋の付け直し（0円）を受け付けてくれたのですが、後日掛かってきた電話は以下のありえない内容でした。
「お客様の時計は前回のオーバーホールから年数が経っているから今回もオーバーホールが必要、料金は＊＊＊＊＊円」
「裏蓋は確かに逆に付いていたが、メカニックに確認したところ二重に検査するから逆につけることは絶対にありえない」
「お客様が自分で逆に付けたのでは？」
「このまま返しても作業賃が発生する」
人間ですのでミスがあるのはあたり前だと思います。
まず「確かに逆でしたので向きを直してお返しさせていただきます」とでも言っていただいた上でオーバーホールの提案なら、気持ちよく依頼したと思います。
しかしながら実際にはオーバーホールのセールスありきで、依頼した裏蓋に関してはこちらから聞くまで何一つ説明はありませんでした。
（しかもあたかもこちらに非があるとの返答）
さすがに頭にきてかなり強い口調で文句を言って時計を返してもらいました（結果的に作業賃は請求されませんでした）が、最悪な気分でした。
今でも時計の裏蓋を見るとイヤでも思い出します。
ちなみに横浜そごう店では結婚指輪を、名古屋三越店では妻のタンクフランセーズの購入やオーバーホール等でお世話になりましたが、一度も不快なことはありませんでした。
こちらの西武池袋店には二度と行きません。

The person who served the customer confirmed my watch and history, and received back cover reattachment (0 yen), but the following call was an impossible content.
"Your watch needs years since the last overhaul, so an overhaul is necessary, and the charge is ***** yen."
"The back cover has certainly been attached in reverse, but I confirmed to the mechanic that it is impossible to attach in reverse because it will be double inspected."
"Don't you reverse it yourself?"
"A work fee will be incurred even if this is returned as it is"
I think it is natural that there is a mistake because it is human.
First of all, I would like to have a pleasant request if it is an overhaul proposal after saying "I'm sure it was the other way around so I'll turn it back".
However, in actuality, the overhaul was sold, and there was no explanation for the back cover I asked.
(And, as if there is no answer here)
As I expected, I came to my mind and complained and returned the watch in a fairly strong tone (as a result, I was not charged a work fee), but I felt the worst.
If you look at the back cover of the watch even now, you will remember it even if you do not like it.
By the way, I was indebted to wedding rings at the Yokohama Sogo store, and buying and overhauling my wife's tank francaise at the Nagoya Mitsukoshi store, but I never had any discomfort.
I will never go to this Seibu Ikebukuro store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マリッジリングを見に行き、人数制限してたので待ち、いざ入れてもらえたと思ったが、店内ショーケースを5分以上ずっと見ていたが誰も接客に付かず、ただ眺めるだけで帰った。
人数制限の際案内してた人も、棒立ちで無愛想。残念。二度と買わないし薦めない。

名刺入れを購入しましたがその際にたかが名刺入れと思いきや、個室に案内されWeb登録の仕方や流石カルティエと思えるような素晴らしい接客で感激しました。
