生まれた時から毎年誕生日にこちらで記念写真を撮りに来てます。今日も誕生日で来ました!可愛く撮ってくれるので楽しみにしてます。

髪型もお化粧も可愛く仕上げて頂きました。子供達もご機嫌で写真を撮る事ができました。ありがとうございました。

七五三で寄させていただきました。 子供たちをいろんな方法で喜ばせてくれるので長丁場でも撮影できました。良い記念になりました。ありがとうございました。

何度も利用していますが、いつも嫌な気分になります。立地的に一番便利なのでここを利用しています。ここは、写真を撮るだけで接客サービスはこんなものだと諦めて利用しています。 接客サービスをまともに出来る様に取り組むべきだと思います。どのようなオペレーションなのかわかりませんが、写真撮影後に写真を選ぶため何時間も待たされました。子どもが寝たので車で待ちましたが、結局どれだけ待てばいいのかもわかりませんでした。お昼に撮影して、待たされて、帰ったことにも気づかなかったのか、結局電話がかかってきたのは、夜7時を過ぎていました。その電話で再度写真を選ぶ為に予約したのに、名前を伝えても「何の予約ですか？」って聞かれる始末。失礼すぎませんか。

We had a disappointing closing experience here, which was unfortunate because the process of taking the photos was enjoyable and we had several nice shots, that would have been nice to keep; but closing the deal and realizing that they had not properly explained their packages to us was so frustrating, and their unwillingness to admit that a misunderstanding had occurred resulted in us forgoing purchasing any of the photos. The Good: The staff worked very well with our young daughter (2.5 y.o.). They were engaging and caught her attention for some beautiful photos. She had a great smile and seemed to enjoy interacting with the staff quiet well. They also allowed and even encouraged you to take photos on your phone, during the process. So you get some nice side shots and capture the whole process. The Bad: The staff did not clearly explain their deals and packages so we felt we missed out on the opportunity for additional poses and pictures, which we would have likely bought. They way it we perceived their package was that you if you had a costume/outfit you had to purchase one of each pose in that outfit. (i.e. you choose one of their kimonos, and have 4 different poses (alone, with sibling, with family, etc) you had to get one of each). As we found out AFTER we finished taking photos, they meant that if you purchase a single photo in that outfit, you can have as many poses in that outfit. So we felt that we missed out several possible other poses with family and siblings. Furthermore the person closing the deal was not very helpful in picking out the package deals. She just kept telling us, it's up to you and what you want. It's pretty clear we don't know what we want nor understand what they offer; so instead of being a salesperson and helping guide us to a finished product, she left us floundering and trying to figure out what we want vs what they offer. Finally, their data package (digital files) is terrible. There's no option to purchase all of the photos. They only offer ¥6200 per file, or if you spend over ¥80000, they give you digital of the photos you chose to have printed. In this day an age, that sort of inflexible packaging for the digital files is just not customer friendly. Unfortunately due to poor closing experience and subsequent conversations with the studio, which they responded "oh no mistakes were made because we're all professionals" is not what we were looking for, and we chose to forgo any purchases from the studio and just paid for their time and went with another studio.
