★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽自動車を購入し、オイル交換や車検でもお世話になってます。とても良い車屋さん。もともとは山形の車屋さんらしく、アットホームな雰囲気が漂いつつ、変に利益を出そうという感じも無く、とことん真面目な車屋さんという感じです。購入時も車検もリーズナブルでした。2階にキッズスペースやフリードリンクがあり子供連れのママさんも安心。女性が契約なども担当してくれるので、女性が買いやすいお店ですね。車検でも女性ドライバー割引があります。時々山形ならではのさくらんぼ狩りなどの催しもやってます。オイル交換行ったら、さくらんぼ2パックも貰いました。この間、玉こんにゃくも振る舞ってましたが、するめを出汁に使うとのことで、やたら美味かったです。次の軽もここで買うでしょう。

The car inspection was reasonable at the time of purchase. There is a kids space and free drinks on the 2nd floor, so moms with children can rest assured. Women are also in charge of contracts, so it's a shop that is easy for women to buy. There is also a female driver discount at the vehicle inspection. Occasionally, we also hold events such as cherry hunting that is unique to Yamagata. When I changed the oil, I got 2 packs of cherries. During this time, Tama Konnyaku was also behaving, but it was delicious because it used dried squid for soup stock. I will buy the next mini car here as well.

詳しい方は他で購入した方が良いと思う。
売りはローン金利が安いだけ！！！！！
スタッフさんは話しやすいけど 車に関して詳しい感じではなかった。
電話口での上手い話を聞いて 来店して詳しい話を聞いてみたら
違ってて期待外れだった。
悪くないけど 他店を回ってみて納得いく上で購入してみては？と思います。

手続きの不備などで、星2にしたいところでしたが、
山形の営業本部長などが掛け合ってくれ、親身に対応して頂きました。
その方は何よりも部下を大事にし、お客様の事も大事に思うとても素晴らしいお方でした。
自身がもし、同業だったら人としても上司としても、尊敬信頼出来るお方だなと思います。
「商品」よりも「人」を売る姿勢が、電話越しに伝わり、今後カーストーリーさんとお付き合いする上での不安要素も払拭されました。
僕が購入した車は、自身の会社で成長しながら長く使っていくので、人生を選択する上で自分の命を守る大事な買い物を出来たと思っています。
それくらい大事な事でした。

I wanted to make it 2 stars due to improper procedures, but
Yamagata's sales manager and others talked to me and kindly responded to me.
He was a wonderful person who cherishes his subordinates above all and also cherishes his customers.
If I am in the same industry, I think that I can be respected and trusted both as a person and as a boss.
The attitude of selling "people" rather than "products" was conveyed over the phone, and the anxiety factor in dealing with Car Story in the future was eliminated.
The car I bought will be used for a long time while growing up in my company, so I think I was able to make an important purchase to save my life when choosing a life.
It was that important.
Including that point, I am grateful to Mr. Car Story for responding this time.
As a benefit of this
I want to introduce Mr. Car Story to my company first, and I definitely want to introduce it to my acquaintances, so I think I can return more than twice as much as I was forced to respond.
