★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の外のメニュー看板を見る度に、(溶岩ハンバーグが食べたい。溶岩ハンバーグが食べたい。)と、脳裏に焼き付いていました。
銀ブラではなく、たまブラした日曜日、お店の前に若い男性が沢山いました。
やっぱり人気店なんだなーと益々、食べたい食べたいと思うように。
食べたい気持ちが溢れ出て、翌日月曜日の開店時間めがけ入店しました。
ずっと、［たまプラの溶岩ハンバーグのお店］と呼んでいたため、店名が『Campus キャンパス』だということを入店後、はじめて知りました。
國學院大學が近くにある為、『Campus キャンパス』と命名したのだろうと推測でき、いい名前だなぁと思いました。
溶岩ハンバーグを勝手に
富士溶岩石プレートなど、特殊な溶岩石が添えられて自由に焼き目を変えられるハンバーグだと想像していたのですが、テーブルに運ばれてきたものを見てちょっと違ったようです。
同席者は、事前にお店の口コミを読んでいたようで、パンを食べたら柔らかくて驚いていました。
口コミに、パンが固かったと書かれてあったようです。
ふんわり柔らかなパンも、冷めて時間が経つと確かに固くなります。
ですが、ハンバーグのタレをたっぷりつけて食べると外側のパリッという食感と、旨味たっぷりのタレによるジュワッという二つの食感を美味しく愉しむことができます。
平日限定の500円のカレーも、とても美味しかったです。
大きなチキンがゴロゴロ入っていて、ホロホロと適度な大きさにスプーンで簡単にほぐれる為、とても食べやすく予想を以上の美味しさと大きさでした。
論より証拠。
外のメニュー看板でアレコレとイメージを膨らませるより、口コミを読むより、お店にきて実際に食した方が確かでオススメのお店です。
今度は夜に食べに行ってみたいです。

Since Kokugakuin University is nearby, I could guess that it was named "Campus Campus", and I thought it was a good name.

The attendees seemed to have read the reviews of the restaurant in advance, and when they ate the bread, they were soft and surprised.
It seems that the word of mouth said that the bread was hard.
Bread that is soft and fluffy will certainly harden over time as it cools.
However, if you eat it with plenty of hamburger sauce, you can enjoy the two textures, the crispy texture on the outside and the juwat with the delicious sauce.
The weekday limited 500 yen curry was also very delicious.
It was very easy to eat and was more delicious and larger than I expected because it contained a large chicken and was easily loosened with a spoon to a suitable size.
Evidence rather than theory.
It is definitely recommended to come to the restaurant and actually eat it, rather than reading the reviews, rather than expanding the image with the outside menu signboard.
Next time I want to go eat at night.

ハンバーグを切った時の肉汁は凄かったですが味は普通でした。
それと、低い机とソファーだったので食べにくかったです。
肉の旨味とデミグラスソースがお互いに調和していましたが、突出して美味しいとは感じませんでした。
個人的な感想ですが、ハンバーグは鉄板プレートで焼きながら熱いまま食べるのが好きだと実感しました。
I visited you at lunch.
The gravy when I cut the hamburger was amazing, but the taste was normal.
Also, it was hard to eat because it was a low desk and sofa.
The umami of the meat and the demiglace sauce were in harmony with each other, but I didn't feel it was outstandingly delicious.
Personally, I realized that hamburgers like to eat hot while grilling on an iron plate.

店内の場合は事前の予約がオススメ。
肉がジュシーで美味しかった。
ハンバーガーにはピクルスも添えていてそれも美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 溶岩焼きというネーミングから勝手に、ジュウジュウと音を立てるハンバーグを想像していたが、ちんまりと小ぶりでお上品なよそゆきハンバーグ、でした。(添付写真ご参考)
岩塩や、ニンニクチップや、デミグラス？ソースで味変しながら頂くコンセプトは面白いのですが、さて、美味しいかと聞かれれば、ヘルシーさ狙い過ぎたのか、肉汁のジューシーさがなく、家庭料理が上手なお母さんのハンバーグの方が良いなぁとか思ってしまったのが正直なところ。
たのしめなかったのは、接客の質の低さもありました。 店名の通り、近くの大学の学生さんが働いているお店なんでしょうか？
料理の説明も注文もタブレット任せ。極め付けは、水をお願いして、やっと貰えたのが4回めのオーダーの後だった事。(タブレットで2回、口頭でも2回。)そんな接客ならば、某チェーン店のように、小型新幹線でテーブルまで持って来てもらった方が楽しいですね。低評価は100件に1件くらいしかつけないのですが、今回は残念ながら★2止まりです。スミマセン。 接客頑張って下さい。
ハンバーガーは美味しそうだったので、持ち帰りか、出前館？Uber ？してみようかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホワイト・デーのディナーに連れてってもらいました。お肉料理もサイドメニューもリーズナブルで、とても美味しかったです。お店の雰囲気も静かで、ゆったり食事出来ます。カップルだけでなくファミリー客も来てました。平日は、毎日何かしら、お得になってます。飲み放題メニューや、ハッピーアワーも15:00〜19:00まで土日祝やってるみたいなので、お得ですよ。
I was taken to a White Day dinner. The meat dishes and side menus were reasonably priced and very delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and you can enjoy a relaxing meal. Not only couples but also family guests came. On weekdays, I get some good deals every day. The all-you-can-drink menu and happy hour seem to be held on weekends and holidays from 15:00 to 19:00, so it's a great deal.
