★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでリフォームした家を見かけた。外壁を貼り直したらしいが、肝心の外壁は穴だらけ、塗装はガタガタ、素人が見ても大丈夫か？という仕上がりで、びっくりした。せっかくリフォームしたのに、かえってめちゃくちゃにされたのでは？と心配になった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 代表取締役の方の対応でした。金額が上限1000万円程度の小額リフォームだったせいかもしれませんが、要望の聞き取りの中で、あまりにもこちらの意見を取り入れてもらえず、それでも要望を伝えると「それなら他へ行って下さい」との事。あまりにも失礼な言い方ではないかと言うと、「文句を言う奴は客だと思っていない」との発言。呆れてしまい、うちは他社へお願いする事にしました。

近所で工事をやってますが、考えられない事ばかり起きます。問い合わせやクレームに対して逆ギレされました。他所の屋根や敷地に無断でに物や廃材を放置したり、立ち入って作業をしたりと、非常識な事が分からないようで、何度言っても無駄でした。次から次へと常識外の事が起こりました。客で無い家の迷惑は関係無いようです。
前の方の口コミ通り、「文句を言う奴は客ではない」そして「文句は無視。近所の家は客では無いから文句を言うな」というスタンスに思えます。
こちらでリフォームを頼まれた方はきちんとした作業をしてもらえているのでしょうか。
