 I was worried about yoga for the first time, but I was relieved by the polite explanation of the staff, and I was able to receive it with confidence because of the care of the instructor! The facilities are clean and perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験に来てみたのですが、受付の方が気持ち良く対応してくれて、施設もキレイで、安心して通えるなと思って、通うことを決めました！インストラクターの方が、丁寧にアドバイスして下さったのが、とても嬉しかったです。この辺りでヨガ始めたい方には、おすすめなスタジオだと思います。
I came to the experience, but the receptionist responded comfortably, the facilities were clean, and I decided to go because I thought I could go there with peace of mind! I was very happy that the instructor gave me careful advice. I think this is a recommended studio for those who want to start yoga around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1時間で凄い量の汗をかくことが出来ました。冷え性なので、床が暖かくて気持ちいいです。インストラクターの先生も気さくに声掛けて頂いて楽しくレッスンを受けることが出来ました！
I was able to sweat a great amount in an hour. The floor is warm and comfortable because it is cold. The instructor's teacher also kindly spoke to me and I enjoyed taking lessons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所に別のホットスタジオもありますが、ここの店舗は他のホットヨガスタジオと違って気持ち悪くなりにくい、温度が下がりにくいと聞いてました。結果、体験したところ体の芯から温まった感じがして大満足です！
There is another hot studio in the neighborhood, but I heard that unlike other hot yoga studios, it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable and the temperature doesn't drop easily. As a result, when I experienced it, I felt warm from the core of my body and was very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりのホットヨガでしたが、スタッフさんやインストラクターの方が優しく接してくれ、緊張がほぐれました。また、終わったあとに体調などを気にかけてくれ嬉しかったです。
It was hot yoga for the first time in a long time, but the staff and instructors treated me kindly, and the tension was relieved. Also, I was glad that I was concerned about my physical condition after finishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨガ施設が広くて隣を気にすることなくゆったりと楽しめました。岩盤の床はとても暖かく岩盤浴タイムもとても気持ち良かったです。
The yoga facility was large and I enjoyed it relaxedly without worrying about the neighbors. The bedrock floor was very warm and the bedrock bath time was very pleasant.

スタジオは広くて、キレイ。
溶岩石の岩盤浴タイムもあって、とっても汗をかけます。
Very convenient because it is close to the station.
The studio is large and beautiful.
There is also a bedrock bath time for lava stones, so I sweat a lot.
