She provided me with a stable mental and positive attitude. My teacher helped me to improve my mental and physical health, and my depressed feeling is no longer refreshing. This is real yoga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的なヨガが手軽に体験できる。先生が優しい。今まで行ったスタジオの中で1番良い。周辺はオシャレなカフェもあり、ヨガ帰りに蔵前の街並み散策もおすすめ。
You can easily experience full-scale yoga. The teacher is kind. The best studio I've ever been to. There are also fashionable cafes in the area, so it is recommended to take a walk around the cityscape of Kuramae on your way home from yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed just a few blocks away from UeL and am so fortunate to have taken a class. I went to morning yoga. The studio is absolutely gorgeous - hard wood floors, cement walls, yet so cozy. I don’t speak a word of Japanese but luckily the instructor spoke a little English, and there was another girl there studying English and she was able to help translate as well. Very small class size; there were 6 of us. The class was so unique - it opened and closed with the instructor playing an accordion while she and the class sang/chanted something. The teacher was very hands on which I loved and I had no problems following along with the class despite the language barrier. The best part was after the class concluded, I was invited to stick around for a tea ceremony with everyone. We all were able to talk (with some translation) and the girls were all so so sweet. Very cool way to get a “local” experience. I am so fortunate to have shared that time with them. I highly highly recommend this to anyone, especially for foreigners. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Truly a special, unique experience
