神	神戸町子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋探し・不動産会社探しに苦慮していたところ、家族からとても助かったと対応内容を聞き相談。 1週間足らずで物件が見つかり申込、長年困っていたことが、こんなに早く解決するとは驚きでした。 ①レスポンス漏れがなく、かつ速い回答に時間がかかる場合はその旨の連絡、担当者不在の場合他スタッフから回答や別途担当者から連絡がある旨のメールがあり、対応中と分かるので安心。 ②ヒアリングが丁寧で提案も的確幅を持たせた物件紹介で、こちらの希望を上手に引き出してくれる。それが的確な提案に繋がっていると物件を決めてから実感。 ③物件を選びやすい・絞りやすい材料を与えてくれる入居中で内見できない物件もあり申込を迷うところ、少しずつ絞っていき図面と写真を照らし合わせて、比較しやすく提案してくれる。比較対象がないと絞り込めないので、非常に参考になった。 ④都度、流れを説明店舗訪問時、内見前など、都度「この流れで…」と何をどんな順序で行うか、具体的に説明があり分かりやすく、信頼もおける。 ⑤内見時のアドバイスカーテン等、入居時に計測が必要になるであろうサイズを計ってくださった。また「写真は撮らなくても良いですか？」とお声掛けがあり、これがとても助かった。洗濯機の蛇口が現在の住まいと異なることに、写真を見返した際に気付くことができた。写真がなければ引越当日に慌てることに…。 ⑥接客対応が良い質問や相談しやすい気さくさが心強い。砕けすぎず、慇懃無礼でもなく、何でも質問できるのが、本当にありがたい。同じような質問を受けているであろうと思うが、嫌な顔ひとつなく、不快に感じることが全くない。物件選びには不動産会社が何より大事と思っていたが、今回ほどそれを感じたことはない。一度引っ越すと次まで間が空いてしまうが、次回もヘヤギメ！さんにお世話になりたい、できれば同じ方に担当していただきたい、と心底思う。
