★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪すぎる。老朽により部屋の一部が破損する事故があったとき、連絡しても一週間以上放置。破損が悪化していったので直接店舗に出向いて話したがそれでもしばらく無視。
そのときにもらった担当者の名刺を元に、その方の上司のアドレスを推測してメールしようやく対応していただきました。謝罪もありませんでした。
最後まで態度が悪く、もう関わりたくないので退去しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪い。こちらの質問通りの回答が無く当然のように話す態度が悪い。
その上、対応も遅く、天井から水漏れがあったにも関わらず直すのに2週間以上かかりキッチンが使えない状態が続いた。
有限会社とは言え会社として立っているのであれば顧客への対応というものを考えてほしい。
更には物件を管理しているのであれば最低限生活する上で必要な部分や欠陥した部分を補修など責任を持たなければならないところには相応の対応をして欲しい。
中にはユーザーより管理側の自分達の方が偉いと言わんばかりの言動をする人もいた
いい加減にしてほしい。
