★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が丁寧なのは分かったんですが、金額を誤って記入した事に気付かなったり、ある事について連絡してほしいと伝えたのに結局連絡来ないまま時が経ち、催促の連絡をしたら担当の方は忘れていました。忙しいのだと思い指摘はしませんでしたが、対応は丁寧でも他のミスが目立っていると感じます。まぁ忙しいんでしょうね。対応は丁寧なので自身で金額合計ミスや催促などして注意深くしていれば本当にいい店だと思います。

当日の電話対応最悪でした。
家探しをここでしようとは2度と思えないです。
