「白い珈琲」と言う看板に牽かれて入りました。明るい店内には色々なグッズが並んでいます。店名の「高麗」はオーナーのお名前でもありますが、ご自身はエチオピアの人々の救済にNPOを立ち上げて行っているそうです。有機栽培珈琲の普及で現地農民の方々の支援もその一つ。それ以外にも多彩なお仕事をされているような⁉️
ところで「白い珈琲」って何でしょう？確かに淹れた色合いは薄い紅茶色。飲めば解ります。香ばしい薫りが魅力です。
