★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good strong coffee (I got the charcoal fire version), though for ¥650 it was sort of a small serving. That being said, I'm an American and the Japanese tend to serve smaller portions in general. The service was pretty attentive and there's a button on the table that can call a server if you need. I had the "shrimp avocado and egg toast" and it was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fluffy souffle pancakes, less eggy than others I've had which is great! Coffee was good, could be better but as an Australian we're very picky with coffee. 20 minute wait for pancakes but expected as souffle style are time consuming and the staff advised us of the wait when we ordered. One of us ordered a toasted sandwich however and it came out well after everyone else at the table had finished their pancakes, not sure if kitchen forgot the order or if it was just slow but staff were apologetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fluffiest French Toast that I’ve ever had. It’s really tasty and just right amount for two people but I got sick of eating cream on the top after eating half portion. They might want to get ice cream instead of whipped cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoshino coffee is right off the Roppongi strip. It wasn't to busy when we arrived. Service was friendly and good. There were no English menus, but the hostess was able to speak enough to get by. We had a coffee and a double souffle. The coffee was not bad, and the souffle was nothing special. All in all a positive experience though.
