サラダを作っている様は見ていて楽しいが、金属ボウルに入った葉物野菜に金属のカッターを当てて作っており、微細な金属粉の発生が心配。（ボウルにあたる部分は樹脂なのかも知れないが）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通に美味しいサラダだが他の方も指摘されているように量がどうしようもなくいい加減である。ひどいときには容器の半分程度しか入っていない。十番店も同様であることから目分量で作るというのが店のやり方なのだろう。クリスプサラダワークスのようにきちんと量をはかって作ってもらいたいものである。
