★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近珍しくなった純喫茶、と言うのでしょうか、珈琲紅茶を楽しむことのできるお店です。
民家改装の外見ですが、中は白基調にダークウッドの清潔感のあるもの。また天窓があったりで明るくモダンな雰囲気です。キャパ的には15人くらいは入れそうですが、思ったよりこじんまりしており、私には好印象です。
こちらでは同じ豆でプレスと普通のドリップの2つの淹れ方で提供しています。ブレンドをプレスでお願いしましたが、癖がなく、コクがありとても美味しかったです。
また気さくで話し好きなマスターとの会話も楽しい。「昔よく通ったジャス喫茶の感し、そう言う場を作りたかった」と言うマスターのお言葉、成功していると思います。
結構こだわったとお見受けするオーディオ(見えないし私は門外漢なので正確なことはわかりませんが)でビル・エバンスを聴きながらうまいコーヒーを飲み、マスターのコーヒー話に耳を傾ける、とても良質な時間が過ごせたと感じました。
またお邪魔します。今度は水出しアイスコーヒーを試してみたいです。

Here, the same beans are served in two ways, a press and an ordinary drip. I asked for the blend with the press, but it was very tasty and had no habit.
It is also fun to talk to a friendly and talkative master. The master says, "I wanted to create a place where I could feel the taste of a jas coffee shop that I used to go to in the past," and I think that he has succeeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しいコーヒーが頂ける、落ち着いた雰囲気のカフェです。外観は和風の佇まい。店内はインドネシア風のアジアの雰囲気。オーナーはブルースリー好きであり、拳法の達人であり、幅広い知識をお持ちのとても面白い方です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和風の外観で喫茶店、というのが気になってました。入ってみたら、中は洋風カフェでした。ちょっと個性的なご主人と、気さくな奥様がやっていて、ピアノがありライブもあるそうです。
毎日、営業していないので、営業日を確認して行った方が良いと思います。
ご主人はコーヒーソムリエと紅茶マイスターの資格を持っているそうです。
次はケーキを頼んでみたい…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. Had some Nasi goreng, so maybe the coffee or cake is the highlight of this restaurant?
Also, the atmosphere isn't that great as the owner is talking very loudly all the time.
