k	kipon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎週水曜日工房オープン。湯河原と藤沢にある養蜂場で蜂蜜をとっているそうです。辻堂の催事で出会ってからここの非加熱の蜂蜜の美味しさにハマっております。蜂蜜の種類が沢山あって試食もできるから気に入ったものを見つけて大小好きな方を購入できます。わたしは藤とカラスザンショウが好き。繊細な甘味でエグミがないのでそのままぺろっとできるし、華やかな香りが何にでも合う。もったいないから加熱調理には使いません。その時は違う非加熱の蜂蜜を使います。とにかく人が優しくいつも気持ちいいです。 The studio is open every Wednesday. U	Univ Sirius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上質な蜂蜜を比較的良心的な値段で売っている地元の真面目な蜂蜜屋さんです。以前の併設カフェとしては、営業されていないと思いますが、お客さんが少ない時に「出せるものでお願いします」とか言うとドリンクも出してくれるかも(笑)あちこちのイベント会場で、蜂蜜ミルクを移動販売車で出していたり、インターネットで希少な蜂蜜を販売しているらしく結構知る人ぞ知る人気店のようです。現在は、お店は空いている日が水曜日のみで少ないようですが、私達は近所なので電話してから買いに行きます。ある蜂蜜なんかはとんでもなく遠いところから注文が入るとの事なので、私達が買っている珍しい蜂蜜や良い蜂蜜が売り切れてしまうと悲しいから、あまり知られたくないです。個人的には、広告を沢山出しているところや、もう１つ近くにある有名な蜂蜜屋さんより、絶対に安心でお得ですし、気持ち良く購入できると思います。新メニューが登場していて、夏場は「蜂蜜氷」、最近では、「蜂蜜しょうが」や「グラノーラバー」がとても美味しくて人気のようです。リップクリームもここのを使うと、もう他のは使えません(^ー^) A serious local honey shop that sells fine honey at a relatively reasonable price.
