★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二年前くらいから気になってて、ようやく初訪問。夏メニューのコーヒーフロート注文。流石に過去最高に旨いコーヒーフロートでした。他にも気になるメニューあったので再訪すると思います。
31年３月中旬久々に訪問。今回は店主が居なくて女性店員さんでした。アイスコーヒーはちょっと薄く感じましたね～セットで頼んだ手作りシフォンケーキとスコーンは、コスパ的にはちょっと割高に感じましたね～

様々な豆の種類を揃えており魅力を感じました！
深焙でオーダー香りが高くカップがおしゃれ！
チェーン店とは異なり一杯一杯に気配りと心を込めているのを感じました。価格面は一杯500円以上と少し高めですが、本当に珈琲が好きであれば納得の値段かな？
珈琲は焙煎度合いや挽き方、そして水量などによりお店の味が決まりますが、私からすると少しアメリカンかなと感じましたが、一杯10gあたり180CCと考えるといつも自分が作る珈琲は10gあたり110から120cc程度で湯量が少し少なめで口中に珈琲の後味が残りすぎるなと勉強になりました。
今度お店に行ったら若いオーナーと珈琲談義を交わしたいと感じました！

The taste of the coffee depends on the degree of roasting, the method of grinding, the amount of water, etc., but I felt that it was a bit American, but considering that it is 180 CC per 10 g, the coffee I always make is 110 per 10 g. From about 120cc, the amount of hot water was a little small, and I learned that the aftertaste of coffee remained in my mouth.
Next time I went to the store, I felt like having a coffee talk with a young owner!
