マスターはドライな感じですが、それがまたいいです。
ハンバーグはソースがくせになる味。
ティラミスは甘さ控えめ、珈琲もおいしいです。

コーヒーとパフェをいただきました。
昼間から、しかも観光地の街中でジャズ喫茶が楽しめるとは思いませんでした。
ホッとする時間をありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形大学工学部のすぐ近くにある、食事も美味しいジャズ喫茶です。
今回はナポリタン（680円）をオーダー。
ちなみに大盛りは130円増しです。
実は、投稿者的にここのナポリタンがどこのお店よりも美味しいと思ってるくらい大好物です。
東京・神保町の名店“さぼうる２”さんよりも好きです。
具材はベーコンと少量のタマネギだけといういたってシンプルな内容ながら、ケチャップへの火の入り、酸味と甘味のバランスが絶妙です。
そして、麺は細めでコシが残っている感じの茹で上がり。
ちなみに、マスターは寡黙で、世間話的な会話はほぼ皆無です。
ランチタイムには、サラダとワカメスープが付いた日替わりパスタが700円、ハンバーグセットが900円で供されます。
あと、こちらはコーヒーもとても美味しいです。

It is a jazz cafe where delicious meals are also located in the immediate vicinity of Yamagata University engineering department.
This time we ordered Napolitan (680 yen).
Incidentally the huge amount is increased by 130 yen.
Actually, as a contributor, I like it as much as I think that Napolitan here is more delicious than any store.
I like it more than the famous shop "Shobaru 2" in Tokyo / Jimbocho.
While the ingredients are only bacon and a small amount of onion, it's simple content, the fire into ketchup, the balance between acidity and sweetness is exquisite.
And boiling up feeling that the noodle is thin and the elasticity is left.
By the way, the Master is quiet, there are almost no conversations like narrative.
For lunchtime, daily alternate with salad and seaweed soup will be served at 700 yen, and hamburger set will be served at 900 yen.
Also, coffee is very delicious.

It was my first visit in 25 years since I was a student. I had a creamy shrimp pilaf for lunch today ❗ It was very delicious ?
It tasted gentle with white sauce hanging on half of the pilaf ?
I wanted a little bit of spiciness, so I tried Tabasco, but both were delicious! ️
I wanted to repeat again ?
