H	HSMT UGY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客に問題ありです。以前伺った時、別に混雑しているわけでも他に待っている客がいるわけでもありませんでしたが、こちらが入店し席に通されるの待っていたところ店員さんが誰も来てくれずほったらかしにされました。（何人かの店員さんがただ目の前を素通りしていくだけでした）待つのは全然かまいませんが何か一声ぐらいかけてもいいんではないでしょうか？客として見てなさそうなのでその日はそのまま帰りました。おしゃれな雰囲気（さほどだとは思いますが）で仕事したいだけのやる気のないアルバイトが多そうなお店でした。 There is a problem with customer service. u	usa don on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに来店したら、以前とだいぶ変わった印象を受けた。まず、味が落ちた。量が減った。(以前はかなり多かったので一般的になった？)接客態度は良くない。前菜が来たときにシルバーセットがなく、すぐにお持ちします。といわれて待っていたけど、いつまでたっても来ず、タッチパネル注文で箸を頼んでも来ず。仕方なく呼び出しボタンをおしても誰も来ず(笑) そのままメイン料理がきてしまい、持ってきてもらうようお願いしたら、すぐに隣のテーブルの片付けを始めてました(笑) おかげさまで食べる頃には表面カピカピしてました(笑) デザートも以前は美味しかった印象でしたが容器は紙コップになっていて味も安っぽくなってしまいました。いつも混んでいるお店なので、デザートは量産して提供するしかないのでしょうね…。もういく気は起きませんが行くなら、忙しい時間帯にいくのはやめたほうが無難ですね。 When I visited the store for the first time in a long time, I got the impression that it was quite different from before.
