y	yuya kasafala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼前に行ったのでスムーズ注文できましたが、店員さんのやる気あまりなく注文し終わってから「神戸牛バーガー」を知って残念な気持ちになりました。コロナ禍なのに手が洗えなかったので、お手拭きあるか探したけど置いてなく、店員さんに言ったらしぶしぶ出されました。ナゲットが揚げすぎなのか、焦げっぽい味が・・・アウトレット内のドル箱飲食店はそんなもんたよな思いました。あと子供の飲み物でお茶が選べないのがとても謎。これは会社としてすぐに改善するべき問題。 I went there before noon, so I was able to order smoothly, but I was disappointed to know "Kobe beef burger" after I finished ordering without the motivation of the clerk. I couldn't wash my hands even though it was a corona virus, so I searched for a hand wipe, but I didn't put it, and when I told the clerk, it was reluctantly put out. Maybe the nugget is too fried, it has a burnt taste ... I thought that the dollar box restaurant in the outlet was such a thing. Also, it is a mystery that you cannot choose tea for children's drinks. This is a problem that the company should improve immediately.

When I visited after 6 pm and had a meal in the store, I started cleaning. This is the first time! I thought I visited after the closing time. It was delicious, but very disappointing.

I placed an order to go and was forgotten. 20 minutes later I made the staff aware I had still not received my order by presenting my detailed receipt. Order was made incorrectly and delivered for dining in instead of to go. Will not return again.
M	Majji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s definitely not as nice compared to shake shack but it’s decent still. I give it 4 stars as there is a bunch of condiments free for everyone to use. They even have white truffle spray, garlic spray, curry powder and more! The price is quite reasonable as well. The onion rings are good.
