E	EISUKE KANAZAWA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爽やかな初夏のランチにお邪魔しました。のどかな丘陵地の田園の集落の中に、植え込みに囲まれた落ち着いたレストランがあります。お得なランチのメニューと通常のメニュー両方から選べました。散策の途中でしたから、軽く頂いて帰ろうと思っていたのですが、通常のメニューには食べてみたい料理が沢山並んでいます。しばし考えて、腰を落ち着けて飲むことにしました。食べないで帰ったら後悔しそうなくらい食べてみたいメニューばかりです。牛ハツのハムから始めて、豆腐と完熟トマトのカプレーゼ、そしてメニューには書いてなかったんですが、希望をお話しすると前にあったメニューが希望に近い様なので、それを作って頂けました。もちろんどれも美味いんですが、素材も厳選されているし、盛り付けも素敵です。センスがいいんです。お陰様で季節感豊かな「夏の昼飲み」の時間に成りました。 I visited for a refreshing early summer lunch. a	aaron meldahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on the evening of a Saturday in cherry blossom season and they kindly accepted our reservation even though there was another big group there and they said we might have to wait, but that was not the case at all. The service was prompt and attentive and the main dining room spacious and calm with only a few other diners. The menu was varied without being overwhelming and everything we ordered was fantastic. It leans towards Italian/French with a Japanese twist and super fresh local ingredients. The bill came to 8000 or so for two with a ton of food a la carte and a bottle of specially brewed sake that was the last of its kind. Very very highly recommended, but unsure of English service.
