C	Ceci Mendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but they made the worst coffee I ever had. Burnt and sour flavor + they charged me 600 ¥ for that unpleasant experience.
m	maggie gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNETHICAL! Granted it is not easy to figure out food and menus in a language that's not yours. I asked for the English menu and it wasn't until after I ordered than a member of the staff casually mentioned that ALL tables had a 500 yen surcharge for a tiny piece of bread (I mean, tiny) and some butter. I said I didn't want it if that was the case, I wasn't planning on ordering it to begin with, but she said that I had no choice.

Just a little problem...it seems...They have not English Menu... which I did not need... being along with a Japanese friend...but if alone... impossible to understand...SO... kindly provide some English translation for...外人...! J	Jeff Dunham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant and wine bar. English menu/spoken. Sometimes you just walk into a place and it feels comfortable and warm - Café Bleu was like that for us. All locals but us and we didn't feel out of place. Welcoming wait staff and a variety of wines.
B	Brittany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe blue is a great little breakfast place! They serve a simple but good breakfast for ¥600. The other only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because it's smoking friendly. This is very common in Japan, but it still effects the experience :(

J	Jeff Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandering small streets in Shibuya, I saw this little coffee place and decided to give it a try. Was shown a seat at the counter and ordered a coffee with the egg special. For about 800 yen, a great little breakfast, and nice local ambiance.
