味は悪くないですがプライベートで買いたいかというと値段と味が見合ってないので買いたくないです。
ちなみにショートブレッドというのはこちらのお店の造語だそうです。(お店の人に聞きました)

4枚入りのソイビスケット三年番茶購入しました。
お茶の味がせず、
あまりの塩辛さにびっくりでした。。
（１枚しか食べずに終わりました）
番茶やほうじ茶クッキーでいくと、成城石井のほうじ茶クッキーの方が数倍ナチュラルで美味しいと感じてしまいました。。
無難に普通のカドーのものを購入すべきだったのかもしれませんが、
何を購入しようか悩んでいたら、
「スタッフ一同食べてこちら美味しいと人気だったのでオススメです」とのことで、こちらの姉妹店のものを購入してしまいました。。
味がちょっとびっくりだったので製造元を調べると台東区の床屋だったので、それもまたびっくりで少々不安になりモヤモヤ感だったので、姉妹店ですが店内に置いておすすめもされた訳ですので、こちらにコメントを残させて頂きます。
普通の商品は美味しいんだと思いますので、また機会があれば伺わせて頂き、こちらの投稿を上書きしたく存じます。

国産の発酵バターを使われています。
食べると、ザクザクっとした硬めで食べ応えのある食感。
お味は相当バターリッチな。。
ハイカロリ〜な油分が感じられます。
塩味は割と強めだねぇ。
濃厚で、たくさんは食べられない感じはあるけど、香りも良くて美味しいなぁ。
ショートガレット4枚でこのお値段か…と、最初は思ったけど食べれば納得！
ほんと、紅茶やコーヒーと食べた方が更に美味しくなりそう！??

が、個人的に味はとても好きです！（クッキーは値段なんて言わないとなかなかその差が分からないので、お値段に見合ってるか微妙なところですが！笑）
塩味と甘味のバランスがよいと思いますが、バターの塩味なのか分かりませんが、塩味が強すぎるなと感じる方も少なくないかも。塩味の方が先にガツンときます。甘味は感じるが、そのおかげで甘ったるい感じではなく、ついついなんか手が出る感じです。バターもずっしり重厚な感じです。カロリー恐ろしい。食感もカリッ？ガリっとした感じで、食べるとジャリジャリした感じです、粗い粒を食べてるような…？私は歯応えあるものや、ザクザクした感じが好きなので、ジャリジャリ大歓迎。
接客は品のある感じでよかったです。

そしてオヌヌメの三年番茶粉末もお願い。三年ものの番茶なんて珍しいのに、更に粉末というのが面白い。
ノーマルガレットはサクサクでカリッと。その後から塩気とはっきりとしたバターの上品な香りが立ち上がる。
これはその辺のものとはレベルが違う。

シーウィードは海藻の海の塩気が軽く立つ。海塩は塩味が鋭いのでバターと甘みの輪郭をしっかりと際立たせる。
これも中々出会えないゴージャスな逸品である。
