★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜の人気ステーキ店です。夜5時からの営業です。店内は明るくリーズナブルで美味しいステーキ！一緒に出されるメキシカンのサラダがとても美味しいです。沖縄のステーキ店のような感じです。車でないとなかなかいけないのと、16号で車を停めにくいのが難点で、初めての訪問だとまず車を止めるのに苦労します。空いているといいのですが。
 It is a popular steak shop in Yokohama. Open from 5pm. The inside of the restaurant is bright, reasonable and delicious steak! The Mexican salad served with it is very delicious. It feels like an Okinawan steak shop. The difficulty is that it is difficult to park the car on No. 16 unless it is a car, and it is difficult to stop the car on the first visit. I hope it's free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年以上前から通っているお店で、遅くまでリーズナブルにステーキが食せるお気に入りの店である。
が、少し前にスタッフさんが入れ替わり、気になった点を。
① 元気がない 以前はいらっしゃいませから始まりオーダーの確認、水の差し入れ、会計してから見送りまで各スタッフが元気に声出しをしていて、再訪したくなる満足感があったが、入れ替え後はあまりにも元気が無さすぎる。
② 味のばらつき 肉の質はその時の仕入れによって変わるので仕方ないが、大好きなメヒカナが付け合せの小皿よりも、オーダーした大皿の方が水っぽくて薄味で残念でならない。
③ 態度が高圧的 ここが1番気になるところで敢えて言うけど、チョンマゲのスタッフが生ニンニクの蓋が開いているのを注意するのに『油が入ってしまうからすぐに閉めてくださいっ‼️』と30秒も経たないのに怒鳴るような口調で言いに来た。あろうことか、隣の席の人にも全く同じ口調で怒鳴る始末。他の客も流石に呆れ顔で最悪の雰囲気を醸し出していたよ???
この偉そうなスタッフはホールを常に監視しているようなので、行かれる際には十分注意して食事されることを切に願います。ってか行かないのが無難なんだけどね(´∀`*)ヶﾗヶﾗ

However, the staff changed a while ago, and I was curious about it.
(1) I wasn't feeling well Before, each staff member was enthusiastically speaking out from welcome to order confirmation, water injection, accounting to seeing off, and I was satisfied that I wanted to visit again, but after the replacement I'm too weak.
(2) Variation in taste The quality of the meat changes depending on the purchase at that time, so it can't be helped, but it's a shame that the large plate I ordered is more watery and lighter than the small plate with my favorite Mexicana.
③ Attitude is high pressure I dare to say that this is the most worrisome place, but the staff of Cheongmage said, "Please close it immediately because oil will get in!" ️ ”, even though it was less than 30 seconds, I came to say it in a yelling tone. Perhaps, the person in the seat next to me yells at the exact same tone. The other guests also had a terrifying look on their faces and created the worst atmosphere ???
This bossy staff seems to be constantly watching the hall, so please be careful when you go and eat. It's safe not to go, though (´∀` *)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステーキは、ロースとヒレの選択だがロースの方がクセがなく柔らかいのでオススメ。
ハンバーグは、家庭で作るものに近く、100％牛肉のハングリータイガーのものとは、別物と考えた方が良い。
残念ながら、トータルで、わざわざこのお店に行く魅力は見当たらなかった。
For steak, you can choose between loin and fillet, but loin is recommended because it is softer and less peculiar.
Hamburgers are similar to home-made ones and should be considered different from those of 100% beef Hungry Tiger.
Unfortunately, in total, I couldn't find the charm of going to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年ぶりのバッファローキング。結婚記念日に女房と訪問。5時開店なので15分前に到着するも、既に7~8組開店待ち。相変わらずの人気。でも１回目で入店出来、400gのサーロインをレアで注文。ビールに合うエローテも。ボトルワインを注文すると1本プレゼントとの事で注文したら、店員さんにジャンケンで勝つと更にもう1本！女房に託して見事勝利！ワイン2本ゲッ〜ト。コロナで大変な時期に涙ぐましい努力に感激。ビール飲みながらエローテつまんでるとステーキ登場。さてワインに切替えて久しぶりのステーキ。ん〜昔と変わらず美味しい！和牛と違って軟らかくはないが、個人的にはサシがふんだんに入った和牛よりも、歯応えのある肉の方が好きだなぁ。付け合せのメキシカンサラダも相変わらず美味しい。今度は昔一緒に来てた友達誘って来よっ！

If you order a bottle of wine, you will receive one bottle, and if you win the clerk with rock-paper-scissors, you will get another bottle! I entrusted it to my wife and won a splendid victory! Get 2 bottles of wine. Impressed by the tearful efforts during difficult times in Corona. Steak appears when you pinch Erote while drinking beer. Well, I switched to wine and steak for the first time in a long time. Hmm, it's as delicious as it used to be! It's not as soft as Wagyu, but I personally prefer chewy meat to Wagyu with plenty of sashimi. The garnished Mexican salad is still delicious. Now invite your friends who came with you a long time ago!
