部位の差があるので、赤身牛肉ステーキと同じ感覚で450g頼んだところ、脂身多めでなかなかヘビーだった
しかし、その分わさび醤油や柚子胡椒との相性が抜群！辛味が油をすっきりさせてパクパクいける
現在はプレートを頼めばライスとスープ、サラダがおかわり自由！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ポークステーキの店。低温調理のためかなり柔らかい肉が食べられた。味はグレイビーソースを初め醤油、わさび、マスタード、岩塩、柚子胡椒などがあり、味変が可能。ハイボール飲み放題（60分500円）があるが夜の提供なのが残念。しかし今ならランチタイムにライスとスープが食べ放題のサービスがある。

デートにもぴったりな雰囲気。
富士山（420グラム）をオーダーしました。お値段は1500円ぐらいでリーズナブル。
ライスを頼んでも2000円しないです。
また行きたいお店の一つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年より食べて見たかったポークステーキをやっと食べる事が出来ました。初めてですが富士山をチョイスし食べきれるか不安がありましたがライスを少なめにして注文しました。そして、肉の塊を半分に切ってもらい切断面もカリカリに焼いていただきました。食べ進めて行くと意外と食べ切れました。BBQソースやテリヤキソースとかがあると最後まで飽きずに食べられると思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜駅近くに新店舗オープン、クラウドファンディングすると言う話題も有り、近隣の東戸塚店を訪問。１回目は夜に来店、270㌘の高尾山を注文、追加料金でしたがライス・スープ食べ放題、マロリーサラダも注文。運ばれきたポークステーキはグラムよりもボリュームと厚みを感じる一品でオニオンソースやガーリックソース、生ワサビ、ゆず胡椒など味変しながら味わえました。肉の甘みやカリカリ焦げた食感が楽しめました。添えられているマッシュポテト、ガーリック風味の青菜との相性も良かったです。食べ放題のライス、黒胡椒とオニオンたっぷりのコンソメスープも美味しくて３度お代わりしました。サラダも多めの量で満足できました。別途、ランチタイムに２回目の来店、11月末までライス・スープ・サラダも食べ放題で無料でしたので1000円以内で満腹になりました。
客層は、老若男女さまざまな人が来店していて根強い人気を感じました。横浜駅近くにオープンする新店舗でも食事を楽しみたいです。

The pork steak that was brought in was a dish that felt more voluminous and thicker than the gram, and I was able to taste it while changing the taste, such as onion sauce, garlic sauce, raw wasabi, and yuzu pepper. I enjoyed the sweetness of the meat and the crunchy texture. It went well with the mashed potatoes and garlic-flavored Chinese cabbage that came with it. The all-you-can-eat rice, black pepper and consomme soup with plenty of onions were also delicious and I replaced them three times. I was satisfied with the large amount of salad. Separately, I visited the store for the second time at lunch time, and all-you-can-eat rice, soup, and salad were free until the end of November, so I was full for less than 1000 yen.
The customer base was very popular with people of all ages and genders visiting the store. I would like to enjoy a meal at the new store that will open near Yokohama Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店間際に行きました。席の数は多くはないですが、こじんまりとして入りやすいです。店員は緩めで気に入りました。
ベーシックな高尾山を注文しましたが、ボリューム十分です。ソースが何種類もあって味変もでき量が多くても飽きないです。
アルコールラストオーダーギリギリでしたが通してくれました。
注文はQRを読み込んでスマホで注文スタイルです。ゆっくり選んで注文できるので良いです。会計までできると素晴らしいですが、そこは今後に期待。

量が多くても、色んな味付けで楽しめます。おすすめは、ゆずコショー！マッシュポテトにゆずコショーがこんなに合うとは。
