★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタジオを予約したのですが、予約時間になっても店は無人で開いておらず、営業時間開始しても電話は応答なしで貸しスタジオを利用できませんでした。
以前イベントで訪れたときは気になりませんでしたが、非会員ということもあってか対応が悪いと感じざるを得ませんでした。
I booked a studio, but the store was not open unattended at the scheduled time, and even if the business hours started, the telephone was not answered and the rental studio could not be used.
I didn't mind when I visited at an event before, but I had to feel that the response was bad because of non-membership.

ネットで空き状況の確認と予約ができ、支払いはスマホ決済も出来るので便利です。
営業時間外の入室手順は予約確認メールに載っています。
新型コロナ感染対策もしっかりしているので安心して利用出来ました。
I used it as a rental studio.
It is convenient because you can check the availability and make reservations online, and you can also pay by smartphone.
The procedure for entering the room outside business hours is included in the reservation confirmation email.
I was able to use it with confidence because the measures against the new corona infection are also solid.
