Y	Yasuko Satoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他エリアのブックオフの感じが良かったので、ブックオフは接客が良いと思い込んでしまったのが失敗。店舗により天と地ほどの差があることを知る。この店舗には３回来たが３回が３回とも最悪(特に女性店員)だったので口コミ記載。ちなみに３回目は本とカバン類を売りに行き、先ずは査定が早かったカバン類の買い取りを手続き。その最中、本の査定終了との連絡が店内放送であったので向かったところ『２回も呼んだんですけど！！』といきなり女性店員に怒られる。店内に居たからわかるけれど、一度しか呼ばれていないのですが…。しかし、３〜４分とはいえ待たせたのは事実で申し訳なかったので謝罪したが全く聞く耳持たず。とにかく『２回も呼んだのに来ないお前が悪い！！』という一貫した態度が全身から滲み出ており(『待たせたことは申し訳なかったが接客業なのにその言い方はどうなのか？』と言った私に対しすみませんとは言うが終始小馬鹿にした態度)全くもってお話にならなかったので、話のわかる方がいると信じカスタマーセンターへ連絡。カスタマーセンターの男性はキチンと話を聞いてくれたので有り難かった。店舗がしっかり指導してくれたらいいのだが。今後は遠いけれど、いつもの南万代店まで売りに行くことにする。同じ売るなら気分良く売れるところがいいもんね。 The feeling of book-off in other areas was good, so I failed to think that book-off was good for customer service.
