難点は駐車場の台数が少なめで、夕方以降に待機時間が出たりします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに来店しました。駐車場のアスファルトが全面舗装し直しされていたので、大変気持ちよく駐車できました。
商品の書籍が、他のブックオフと同様に少なくなり、ゲーム、キャラクターグッズ等が幅を効かせていました。時代の流れではありますが、ちょっと寂しい。ここは、一般書籍他のところでは無いものが結構あり楽しみの店舗でした。スタッフの方の対応も気持ち良く対応されてました。
他の方のクチコミにもありましたが、この店オリジナルなのでしょうか、店内告知アナウンスには、ちょっと気になりました。「あれ、わかりますか。」等抽象的な質問なので、一般の方はわかりませんが、敢えて繰り返し質問してます。聞く方によっては、かなり失礼なアナウンスのようにも聞こえます。スタッフの方は、聞いてもらいたいという気持ちはわかりますが、ちょっと頂けないように思います。結構何回も放送されてますからね。あくまでも、個人的な意見として聞いてもらえればと思います。

The staff understands that they want to hear it, but I don't think they can. It's been broadcast quite a lot. I hope you will hear it as a personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回僕は任天堂のゲームソフト、「あつまれどうぶつの森」をBOOK・OFFで売却しようと思い、お電話させて頂きました。電話で最高買取額を尋ねたところ、「少々お待ちください」と言われました。1分ほど待たされたあと、相手のスタッフ側が不安そうに「えーっと…買取価格は4000円です…」と言われ4000円が最高買取価格なのかと尋ねると、「えー…そう…ですね…最高価格です…」と言われました。この時点で対応にとても不安を持ちました。それ前にゲオに電話で買取価格をお尋ねしたのですが、その時は尋ねたこともすぐに答えてくれて明らかな差を感じました。もう少し対応をしっかりとして欲しいです。
