★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古家電を購入。商品のプライスカードには動作確認済と記載されていたが帰宅後確認すると初期不良でした。保証書に初期不良であっても店舗に持参しないといけないと記載されていた為、仕方なく持って行きましたが、何十分も待たされ、声を掛けると只今修理中とのこと。謝罪も説明も無し。商品もゴミ。接客もゴミです。

年々酷くなってるので行く気も失せます。
ここに行くならハードオフとかに行った方が良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょいちょい利用させて頂いていましたが、同じ開放倉庫の他店に比べてスタッフさんの接客レベルが落ちたように感じました。文書的に対象か分かりにくい割引対象外の商品をレジに持っていったら苛ついてるか馬鹿にしているように聴こえる言い方をされる方がみえました。他の方の評価同様残念なお店になってきていると感じました。こちらのミスではありますが、言葉遣いはもう少し改善して欲しいです。今後は他の開放倉庫を利用していこうと思います。
