★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is always super hot, it's on the 2nd, 3rd floor of a building on top of a 7-11.
It has a fair amount of second hand video games, CDs and books collection. But you are interested in getting hardware, I recommend you to go to the Hard-Off which is only 2 minutes walk away

Not too big, but lots of products, not secondhand books but also used handclock, nintendo, PS, etc.
I found a lot of my favorite manga here, and they're still quite new.
And you also can read books here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're an English speaker living in Tokyo who likes books, Book Offs are always worth a look in. They have often have a good selection of books and tend to have little idea of how to price them, so there are often bargains with highly acclaimed books selling for a couple of hundred yen. However, the amount they offer for selling books is derisory, you're much better passing on your books to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of 100¥ and 200¥ manga. Lots of 100 yen books as well. Seems like a lot of the books are in good shape. Didn't see any books in English, though, so if you're looking for that this isn't the best place.
