★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge bookstore. Huge selection of magazines and books. You can skim all the latest Japanese magazines. There are some English books too. Good place to go at night - closing late 11pm. Highly recommended.

For instance, the manga section is detached from the "main area" and can only be reached via a different door. There are a few e-catalog stations that may help in locating books you're looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know if it’s just me but the location is quite peculiar. I only see this when transiting the big walkway in one part of Shinjuku station. I decided to go in and it was a big, nice bookstore that I could lose track of time inside. Then when I got out, I found out there’s actually a basement floor lol it is so much bigger than I thought. Would definitely stop by again if I have time. Also because they have a lot of books in English!!! Well, a lot considering there’s a general absence of these in bookstores here in Japan. XD
