準強制わいせつの疑いで逮捕されたのは京都市下京区のアロママッサージ店「癒し空間青い鳥」の経営者土居一容疑者（４１）です。警察によりますと土居容疑者は去年１０月、出張マッサージで３２歳の女性の職場を訪れマッサージと称し女性の胸などをさわった疑いがもたれています。当時、その場に女性一人しかおらず怖くて抵抗出来なかったということです。
土居容疑者は「手が大きく力が強い男性の施術だから疲れが取れる」などと強調していて、調べに対し「マッサージの中で胸などを触った」と容疑を認めているということです。

The person who was arrested on suspicion of quasi-obscenity was Kazu Doi (41), the owner of the aroma massage shop "Healing Space Aoitori" in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto. According to police, Doi visited the workplace of a 32-year-old woman on a business trip massage last October and is suspected of touching the woman's chest, calling it a massage. At that time, there was only one woman on the spot and I was scared and couldn't resist.
Doi emphasized that "the treatment is for a man with big hands and strong power, so he can get rid of his tiredness," and admitted to the investigation that he "touched his chest during the massage."
