★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松で安心してパーソナルトレーニングが受けれるジムを探していたらダイエットを専門にしているMOVEさんを見つけました。運動は全くしていなかったのでどうしようかと迷っていましたが思い切って体験を受けてみました。内容はハードでしたが楽しくやり切った感が半端なかったので2ヶ月集中ダイエットコースに申込ました。食事指導も無理なく正しい食事方法を学べ本当に良かったです。結果は残念ながら2ヶ月では目標に達しませんでしたが現在も無理なく運動を続けられ徐々に目標に近づいています。運動と正しい食事の習慣が身につきました。ありがとうございました。
When I was looking for a gym in Hamamatsu where I could receive personal training with peace of mind, I found MOVE, who specializes in dieting. I wasn't exercising at all, so I was wondering what to do, but I took the plunge and took the experience. The content was hard, but I didn't feel like I was done with it, so I applied for a two-month intensive diet course. It was really good to be able to learn the correct way of eating without difficulty in dietary guidance. Unfortunately, I did not reach my goal in two months, but I am still able to continue exercising without difficulty and gradually approaching my goal. I have learned the habit of exercising and eating properly. Thank you very much.
