j	jiro K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年12月31日　　　　その昔、週末過ごす須磨の家から元町への帰りに須磨にしかお店が無かったボックサンでカットケーキや頼んでおいたホールケーキをよく買って帰りました。最近はあまりにも多く元町三ノ宮界隈にケーキ専門店が出来て、滅多に買わなくなりましたが。今日もハーブスが閉まっていて丁度帰り道なので苺ショートとモンブランを買いました。4個で1800円何故か不思議に安く感じました。これも周りのケーキ専門店が高いからでしょうか?　割安なのはボックサンと元町ケーキ位かな?　まぁ〜元町ケーキのお勧めはシンプルなシュークリームとザクロだけですが、ボックサンは色々ありコスパもナカナカ? (PS)　近くに昔、石屋川の御影高校近くにありこの20年余りでとっても大きくなったケーニヒスクローネが有りますが正直時々頂き物でケーキを食べますが一度も自らリピートしたい気持ちになりません。皆さんはどうですか? Well ~ Motomachi cake is recommended only for simple cream puffs and pomegranate, but there are various Bocksan and cospa is also Nakanaka ? S	Shingo Sae-Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Trip was made back then on 7 Dec 2019, 2 years before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit) We patronised this patisserie because it was recommended by an article that their cakes were known for their robust sweetness and rich flavours. Had the mix platter which included their best seller, the swiss roll, and some of their popular items, including the Mont Blanc and strawberry shortcake. How was the experience? Simply put, almost everything was as plain as a piece of white paper. Aside from the plain sweetness, everything from the cream to the sponge cake lacked flavour, devoid of any fragrance. The sponge cake, though tender, had a coarse crumb and had very rough texture. The only exception were the Mont Blanc, which thankfully has a nice sweet chestnut flavour and aroma, and the soft serve ice cream accompanying the strawberry shortcake, which had a nice sweet milky fragrance. Rather disappointed as it didn’t live up to expectations but the Mont Blanc and ice cream saved them from losing another star. Probably passable for entry-levels.
