But this place has solved that problem. I've been to Billy around 4-5 times the past year and I was satisfied every time. Both stylists are friendly and have great skill, the place itself is cozy and comfortable and the price range for a haircut is really affordable. Recommended!

They also seem like they would do women’s hair well; it’s more of a salon than a barber shop. By far the best haircut I’ve gotten in Japan—the woman that cut my hair really knows what she’s doing and does a great job. It’s also affordable and everyone that works there speaks great English. You can call and make the reservation in English.
