★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で新横浜に来ました。1人で晩ご飯を食べるのに、せっかくなのでゆっくり美味しい夕食を食べたいと、食べログで探した店です。こじんまりしていて、それでいて落ち着いたムードがある。BGMも良い。さて、味は？
素材の味を大切にしているようです。ソースやペーストに工夫を凝らしています。意外性がある。楽しめます。ただ、今日食べたパスタは少し潮目が強すぎました。
ワインは、ソムリエがちゃんと好みのものを選んでくれます。料理にあるワインを頼めば間違いはない。料理として、私はコースを頼みましたが、アラカルトで頼んだほうが良いかもしれないと思いました。
全体的な私の評価としては高いです。ただ、頼み方を、自分の好みに合わせて工夫する必要があるかもしれません。完全にお任せで楽しみたい人には、少し不満を感じる可能性もあります。
しかし、ポテンシャルは高いと思いました。

また新横浜で飲むときは利用したいと思います。
