【評価】美しく、とても美味しいお料理で満足感がある。
テーブルクロスは、アラビア模様の光沢ある刺繍使い♪
店内は満席だったが、居心地が良かった。
素材にボリュームもあり、食べごたえのある内容だった。
特に真ダコの燻製、メカジキにみかんソースは新鮮だった。
デザートの量も程好く、ティラミスは甘さ控え目で、ほろ苦さもある大人好みの味♪
コーヒーもクリーミーでエスプレッソに近いテイスト♪
イタリア、オーストラリア、イギリスはコーヒーが驚くほど美味しいが、こちらも美味しかった。
カポクォーコ(料理長)等のキッチンスタッフ、カメリエーレ(ホールスタッフ)も笑顔でフレンドリーな印象。みんなテンポ良く動いていた。
普段は、グルメブログを書いており、Googleクチコミは久しぶりの投稿。
初めて訪れたクローチフィッソ、とても素敵なレストランだった。
次回は、是非、dinnerで訪れたいと思う♪

The restaurant was full but it was cozy.
There was a lot of raw material, and it was a content that I could eat.
Especially smoked with octopus, simmered in swordfish and mandarin orange sauce was fresh.

飲み物ワインのサーブは堅苦しくなくイタリアを中心に、お料理似合うものが選べます。

長い冒頭でしたが、嫁がシチリア料理が無性に食べたいと言うので訪れた横浜のリストランテ クローチフィッソ。
フェンネルとオレンジ、自家製パンツェッタを使った清涼感あるサラダから始まり、貝柱を使ったラグーのトマトソースにローズマリーを練り込んだパッパルデッレ(太い平打パスタみたいなやつ)、タチウオのパレルモ風パン粉焼きなど。リストランテなので他州の料理やフレンチ的なアレンジはあったけどシチリア料理の片鱗を楽しめた。しかし想像以上のボリュームでした。

The interior design and tableware are an attempt at luxury that I found not a failure, nor a success. At the end of the course menu, that is a little expensive, you'llfill full. Dishes are refined and flavorful, even though the presentation is not perfect. The chef is friendly and will adapt to specific requests.
