It is a hideaway shop where you can enjoy Shin-Yokohama sake and delicious food. The shop is not that big, so I think it's better to make a reservation in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人で入店。ちょうど整備中でエレベーターが使えないため、5階まで登っていくこととなる。
店内は趣のあるしつらえで、カウンターに8席ほど、テーブルなどが3グループ分ほどある。ゆったりして雰囲気で料理場も見えないことがかえって気にせず静かにいてだける配慮だと感じる。
お通しは蕪で、味付けもシンプル。何品か頼んだがいずれも丁寧に作られて見映えもよい。豆腐の厚揚げは素材自体のよさもあるが、醤油や玉ねぎの処理も丁寧さを感じる。
その上で4つとしたのは、初見で入ったけれども周りの客よりも頼む品数が少なかったせいか、やや対応の違いを感じたことが主にある。特に気にすることではないかもしれないが、違いとして見えたのはもったいなかった。
ただ料理の丁寧さ、日によって変わるメニューやドリンクなどもこだわりを感じるので、また行ってみたいと思う。ちなみに女将は人によっては無愛想に感じるかもしれないが、仕切りも上手で日本酒や料理の説明も的確だった。好みは人によるとしても好感を持てた。
I entered by myself. Since it is just under maintenance and the elevator can not be used, it will climb to the 5th floor.
The interior is tastefully decorated, with 8 seats in the counter and 3 groups of tables etc. I feel that it is careful to stay quietly without worrying that the dish is not able to see the dish in a relaxed atmosphere.
Wheat is a turnip, the seasoning is simple. I ordered some items, but both were politely made and looked good. Deep-fried tofu has good quality of the material itself, but also the treatment of soy sauce and onions also feels polite.
On top of that, it was four that I entered at the first sight, but mostly because I had fewer items to ask than the surrounding guests, I felt a slightly different response. It may not be a matter of particular concern, but it was a waste that I saw it as a difference.
However, since politeness of cuisine, menus and drinks that change depending on the day feel sticking, I would like to go again. Incidentally, the lady general may feel unfriendly by some people, but the explanation of sake and dishes was also accurate as well as the partitions. I liked the taste even though it depends on people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忘年会利用しました。平日にもかかわらず、満席。に対して厨房1人&フロアは女将さん1人。まぁ、回らないですよね。笑 でもギリギリすごいイライラしなかったのは料理の美味しさと、女将さんの"ちょうど良い"ご対応。かなり高いレベルのやり手ですね。 でもギリギリですよ。笑
満席時間でなければ、100点満点のお店だと思います。相当飲み食いしても1人7,000円程度と、かなーり、リーズナブル。食事もこれまた、"ちょうど良い"塩梅のメニューをラインナップできっと、親父から若位女性まで胃袋を掌握することを狙ったチョイスなんだろうな、と。
少数で今度は利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。お店入り口は分かりづらいのでご注意を。
I used the year-end party. Even though it is a weekday, it is full. On the other hand, there is one kitchen and one landlady on the floor. Well, it doesn't turn. Lol But what didn't really frustrate me was the deliciousness of the food and the "just right" response of the landlady. It's a fairly high level of skill. But it's just barely. Lol
If it's not full time, I think it's a shop with 100 points. Even if you eat and drink, it's about 7,000 yen per person, which is reasonably priced. The meal is also a lineup of "just right" Shioume menus, and I'm sure it's a choice aimed at taking control of the stomach from fathers to young women.
I will use it this time with a small number. Thank you very much. Please note that the entrance to the store is difficult to understand.
