★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind European style casual restaurants, not as good as I remembered (came there 6 years ago). Still 4 stats for me because I'm French and it has some French dishes others don't have for cheap, and alcohol is cheap too. Not super tasty though, but good enough for that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waitress was really bad (and my friend speaks Japanese so that's not the problem). Unhelpful, inattentive, spent much of her time texting on her phone instead of walking by her tables and taking care of customers.
With a better waitress I would have given them 4 stars. It's fine - perfectly acceptable, but not really special in any way. We got the cioppino and something else. I forget what it was, but we ended up sharing the cioppino as the other dish wasn't that great.
Perhaps my expectations were too high as the decor is quite nice and I expected the food to match, but it doesn't. If you get a window table with a view this place is probable better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely, western style place. We had sort of sashimi appetizer that was very tasty. The main dish was more western style, if you are up to it, go for a kind of bouillabaisse made with fish, advised by a 5- year old Japanese girl who was visiting the restaurant with her parents and who was so excited to have helped foreigners choosing their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good food and very accommodating staff. The place is a bit small but has great ambience an an excellent view of the Meguro river.
Giving 4 stars as the drinks menu wasn't very diverse. They have a lot of wines but not much of anything else.
Also the desert menu was a bit unsatisfactory.
Otherwise a great place to come with upto 4-5 people
