★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只見町の小さなレストラン。平日のランチは営業していないので、ランチもディナーも事前に予約して行くとゆっくり過ごせてよい。ランチタイムはカレーかパスタの2種類。
A small restaurant in Tadami Town. Weekday lunch is not open, so if you book lunch and dinner in advance, you can spend a relaxing time. There are two types of lunch time, curry or pasta.

お肉も美味しいですが、グレイビーソースが特に美味でした
こんな山奥で、こんな本格的なお料理をいただけるとは驚き
ライス付きで1800円はちょっと高いかなぁ。。

The meat is delicious, but the gravy sauce was particularly delicious
It's amazing that you can get such authentic food in such a mountainous area
With rice, 1800 yen is a little expensive. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このあたり30km４方？には、ラーメンとお蕎麦屋さんは数件ありますがビストロはありませんので、貴重な存在です。
ランチの時間の最後の方に入ったので、コース料理は無理で地鶏のスパゲッティを頂きました。
30km 4 directions around here? There are several ramen and soba restaurants in, but there is no bistro, so it is a valuable existence.
As I entered the end of lunch time, I couldn't cook the course and had spaghetti with local chicken.

This time I had a local chicken curry.
Pasta seems to be especially recommended for the menu using local ingredients.
It was a treat.

予約しました。
ピザは生地、チーズ、ソースの、バランスが絶妙。チーズの塩分がソースにあうように、計算され尽くした配合。
久しぶりに本格的なピザを食べました。
また食べに行きたいお店です。
I visited because I wanted to eat pizza. Ferment from flour to make dough. Reservations are required at least 3 hours in advance.
I made the reservation.
Pizza has a perfect balance of dough, cheese and sauce. A well-calculated formulation that matches the salt content of the cheese with the sauce.
I ate a full-fledged pizza for the first time in a long time.
I want to go to eat again.
