The salad, which was served in the shape of a pate or wreath that looked like a cake, not only satisfied the tongue, but also raised the tension. You can choose from multiple menus for the main dish (some are extra charges), so you can enjoy it more if you go with multiple people and ask for different ones. It was crowded even on weekdays, so I recommend you to make a reservation.

The corn soup, pate, and hamburger were served one by one, and all the dishes were very delicious, making it a luxurious time that I couldn't think of as a 1,500 yen lunch ^ ^ The inside of the store is also stylish, and the staff has a friendly atmosphere. The cuisine is French inspired but with local ingredients and the chef's skill, it stands on its own as a unique cuisine of the locality. The natural wines are exceptional - the by the glass selection is probably already good enough but the friendly sommelier guy will choose the bottle that's just right for your if you talk to him. From casual night out with your friends to a more formal business dining, Bistro Encore has always delivered quality experience.
